Terms of Service


These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of homio.in (the “Website”) and any purchase you make on it. The Website is operated by Homio Furnishings Private Limited (CIN: U72900HR2021PTC093687), registered office at 93-R, Model Town, Near Shivaji Lane-1, Panipat, Haryana – 132103 (“Homio”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, Returns & Cancellations Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.


1. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be legally able to enter a contract under Indian law.

 

2. Products & Descriptions

  • We try to display product colours, textures, dimensions and details accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting and the natural variation in textiles.
  • Product dimensions may vary by up to [±2 inches / ±3%] because of the nature of fabric manufacturing.
  • Product images are for illustration. Props and styling items shown are not included unless stated.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices, offers and discounts can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and fully refund any amount paid.

4. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the order.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, incorrect information, suspected fraud or misuse of offers. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
  • We may limit quantities per order or per customer.

5. Payment

  • We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (COD) through secure third-party payment and checkout partners.
  • COD orders carry a non-refundable fee of ₹99.
  • We do not store your card or banking details. Payments are processed under the terms of our payment partners.
  • We may disable COD for any account with repeated order refusals or returns.

6. Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

 

Delivery, delays, returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Cancellations Policy, which form part of these Terms.

 

7. Offers, Coupons & Promotions

  • Each offer or coupon is subject to its own terms, validity period and conditions.
  • Unless stated otherwise, coupons cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied after an order is placed.
  • We may withdraw any offer at any time, and may cancel orders that misuse an offer.

8. Your Account

 

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

 

9. Reviews & User Content

 

By submitting reviews, photos or other content, you allow Homio to use, reproduce and display that content for marketing on any platform without payment. Your content must be genuine and lawful, and must not be abusive. We may remove any content at our discretion.

 

10. Prohibited Use

 

You may not use the Website to:

  • Break any law or encourage others to do so
  • Submit false information or place fraudulent orders
  • Infringe Homio’s or anyone else’s intellectual property
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Scrape, crawl or copy content without permission
  • Interfere with the Website’s security or functioning
  • Harass, abuse or defame anyone

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach.

 

11. Intellectual Property

 

All content on the Website, including the Homio name, logo, product images, designs, text and graphics, is owned by Homio or its licensors. You may not use any of it without our written permission.

 

12. Third-Party Services & Links

 

The Website uses third-party services for payments, checkout, logistics and communication, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or performance.

 

13. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Homio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profit or data, arising from your use of the Website or our products.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable law.

14. Indemnity


You agree to indemnify Homio, its directors and employees against any claims, losses or costs that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

 

15. Force Majeure


We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, government orders, courier or network disruptions, power failures, riots and war.

 

16. Governing Law & Disputes


These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be resolved through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the courts at Panipat, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect your right to approach a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

 

17. Changes to These Terms


We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Your continued use of the Website after that means you accept the updated Terms.
